Where does your hope lie?

How does it affect your life’s mission?

Is it something that motivates you?

To me it’s the joyous expectation of a brighter future.

For some folks it’s just pie in the sky

For others it’s just wishful thinking

I can’t think like that, if there’s no hope what I am to do!?

To me it’s having a wound of darkness, but there’s a light to be the suture.

Tell me, what is life without hope?

I’ve seen a life like that and it’s empty and dark

Like being trapped in deep hole with no rope

pain turns to anguish and after a while you’ll have an ice box, no heart.

There is a hope like no other that came into this world

You can find it, even see it when you look hard enough

Open your heart to the truth of Gods word

He gave us his playbook to help guide us.

Now I’m not saying life will magically become easy

quite the opposite its about to get real rough

Have Faith, pray, fast he says maybe you’ll hear me

with the armor of God your enemies find it impossible for you to be touched.

Hope is needed

Hope is a brighter day

Hope is a dream

Hope is Love

Hope is power

Hope is Jesus
